Return policy - United Vintage
At United Vintage, we work exclusively with professional customers (retailers, companies, self-employed entrepreneurs), as indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Consequently, the right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code for private individuals does not apply.
1. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies in the case of sales between professionals, when the contract falls within the scope of the customer's main activity and the customer buys in quantities suited to his activity.
2. Used products - Tolerance on condition
Products sold by United Vintage are vintage and pre-owned, and may include defects in use, repairs, size differences or color variations. A 10% tolerance on overall quality is allowed, in accordance with our T&Cs, due to hand-sorting and the unique nature of the pieces.
By placing an order, the Customer expressly accepts these inherent characteristics of the products offered.
3. Exceptional case of return
No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the event of anobvious error by the Seller (e.g.: delivery of a product that does not conform to the order or significant quantity error). In this case :

The Customer must notify the error in writing within 48 hours of receipt, to the following address: info@united-vintage.com.

All requests must be accompanied by precise photos of the products concerned.

If the error is confirmed by our teams, a return or credit note may be offered. No returns will be accepted without prior validation by our customer service department.
4. Unauthorized returns
Any package returned without our prior agreement will be refused or kept unopened, with no possibility of refund or credit.
