SPECIAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, individual customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision.

According to the Consumer Code (Articles L221-23 and L221-24), the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The Customer is free to choose any carrier and assumes all risks associated with the return.
In accordance with Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code, standard shipping costs are refundable. However, any additional costs associated with choosing a more expensive shipping method are not refundable.
2. Return Policy
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged upon receipt. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, unless there is a clear error on the part of United Vintage. The Customer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with the return. The Customer is free to choose the carrier of their choice and must retain all proof of shipment.
No refunds will be issued if the returned products have been used, damaged, or are incomplete. Any changes to the order (sorting, removal, exchange, or replacement of items) will result in the return being refused. All returns must be pre-approved by United Vintage. Any package returned without prior approval may be refused.
3. Vintage and secondhand items
The products sold by United Vintage are vintage and secondhand clothing. They may show signs of use, size variations, color differences, repairs, wear and tear, or minor defects due to their secondhand nature. These characteristics do not automatically constitute a lack of conformity as long as they are reasonable and consistent with the product description.
4. Refund
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, United Vintage will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the payment method used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Unauthorized returns
Any return made without prior notification or outside the legal withdrawal period may be refused
