SPECIAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, individual customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision.

According to the Consumer Code (Articles L221-23 and L221-24), the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The Customer is free to choose the carrier of their choice and assumes all risks associated with the return.
In accordance with Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code, standard shipping costs are refunded. However, any additional costs associated with choosing a more expensive shipping method are not refunded.
2. Return Policy
Products must be returned in their original condition—complete, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged—upon receipt. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, unless there is a clear error on the part of United Vintage. The Customer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with the return. The Customer is free to choose any shipping carrier and must retain all proof of shipment. It is strongly recommended that returns be sent via tracked shipping with signature upon delivery or a delivery confirmation to ensure proof of delivery.
No refund will be issued if the returned products have been used, damaged, or are incomplete. Any alteration to the order (sorting, removal, exchange, or replacement of items) will result in the return being refused. All returns must be approved in advance by United Vintage. Any package returned without prior approval may be refused.
3. Vintage and secondhand items
The products sold by United Vintage are vintage and secondhand clothing. They may show signs of use, size variations, color differences, repairs, wear and tear, or minor imperfections due to their secondhand nature. These characteristics do not automatically constitute a lack of conformity as long as they are reasonable and consistent with the product description.
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, United Vintage will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued via the payment method used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Any return made without prior request or outside the legal withdrawal period may be refused
