Delivery Areas
We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on the country, the package weight, and the selected carrier.
Processing and Delivery Times
Standard bales
For bales in stock and certain high-demand items, processing and delivery times may take up to 4 weeks from the date the order is confirmed.
Pre-orders
For pre-order items, it may take up to 8 weeks before shipment. These lead times include sourcing, preparation, and logistics.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track the package in real time.
Receiving and Inspecting Packages
Upon receipt, it is essential to check the condition of the goods before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If a package is damaged, you must refuse delivery or make a clear and specific note of the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
If the package is accepted without reservation, no claims will be accepted regarding any items missing or damaged during shipping.
